Nice place with great amenities like complimentary wi-fi, a rooftop pool, and friendly staff. On my first visit, they helped me find transport. I recommend it for anyone visiting, and I'm coming back for Christmas!

Loved our rooms with big bed. Having a shower, a hairdryer and terry cloth robes was a bonus. The location was marvellous for Boston, very close to a large shopping centre including major restaurants and Eataly and the center and Boston Common park to the east. In a hurry we visited Tender Greens nearby.

Clean, good organization. Good location to Greenline E and thus to the centre. Speciality the pool on the roof. Also routes that are justifiable on foot. In the surrounding area there are several places to eat and have a nightcap in the evening.
Noise level from the corridor partly high due to missing door seals. Bathroom door urgently needed a carpenter, could only be closed with some skill. Pool not accessible on one day due to event. Useless substitute offer in a sister hotel nearby.

What surprised us was that they immediately deducted an additional $200 security fee. This will be refunded a week later, but that was new for us.

We had such a great time! The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the stunning views from our room left us in awe. Plus, the little cheese and fruit plate waiting for us was a lovely surprise!

Good location. Great hotel restaurant. Rooms were nicely designed and furnished recently updated and contemporary - but could be a little cleaner. Towels were threadbare and some had stains. For the price and this was a discount price - $399 with all the various taxes Internet was an additional 14 dollars a day. All in all over priced. Boston hotels have jumped in price over the past year.

Had satisfactory boxed breakfasts with yoghurt and juices, as example. There were very comfy beds and climate control and USB ports inside the room. The location was great and fantastic for walking around an urban mall. It also was convenient next to the subway station.

Bright room, super comfy bed, and loads of outlets! Wonderful amenities in the bathroom, and the location was a shopper's dream with the Green Line T right across the street.
We didn't get enough towels to throw a towel party! And trying to figure out the shower's on/off situation was way too much like wrestling for my liking.

Top location - subway directly in front of the door. Staff very friendly. Rooms large and well equipped . There is no breakfast possibility but the staff has recommended . in 30m distance among other things the Thorntons - top!
Roof Top Bar and Pool already closed although it was still 28 degrees. As this was the main reason for the choice of the Colonnades, the disappointment was great
